How the Inglenook Process Works

Sale

Win your customer’s business and provide a firm quote or proposal.

Prime Credit

If your customer requests credit options for payment, have the customer apply to your preferred prime lender.

Inglenook Application

If declined, have your customer apply to Inglenook via our online application with their tablet, smartphone or computer. The application typically takes less than 5 minutes to complete.

Initial Decision

We will provide a rapid initial decision to both your sales contact and the customer upon submission of the completed application: either approved pending documentation or declined.

Documentation

Encourage your customer to upload the requested documents to Inglenook’s online borrower portal via scanned files or smartphone photos. For most customers, the upload process should take under 5 to 20 minutes.

Final Decision & Loan

We will provide a final decision to both your sales contact and the customer. We will obtain the customer’s signatures on the loan documents and inform both your sales contact and the customer that the loan is closed.

Complete Project

Complete the project and submit an invoice matching the proposal/quote to both your customer and Inglenook.

Receive Payment

We will confirm project completion and acceptance with the customer and send you payment via ACH direct to your bank account.
